The Pico version will give you access to Play Store from where you can download other Google Apps based on your requirements. It will save a lot of data as the other version may have some unnecessary Google Apps that you don’t want. If you want to bare minimum Google Play Store installation capability, you can go ahead with the Pico version.
Hopefully, the other options will be added soon. Similar to how the older releases that are offered in various sizes, the new Gapps for Android 10 are also available in Pico, Nano, and Micro variant.
